This book provided me with exactly what I was looking for. It was my second house flipping book and the focus covered aspects that the other book did not. It also ended with a highly motivating chapter – Rah! Rah!
It was very interesting to see the different tack on prospective house valuation as well as similarities in approach with the first flipping book I read.
A good read, and some parts technical enough to deserve a second read.
