This book is very useful and the concepts are fantastic not just for the topic of sexual issues but also for other areas in which people struggle.
This book is being used as the source text for my men’s study group. It will be very interesting to see what the concensus is on some of the methods advocated in this book. I do not have any problems with any methods, I just questions their effectiveness across a wide variety of men. Some things are very difficult to even set your mind to walk away from, as the authors point out.
