Why am I reading a “smart girls” book? Well, I picked it up for my wife so that with my new weight training routines she could join me and I could justify my investment in an expensive dumbbell set.
There’s a lot of good info that I have never studied before, plus I can advise her if she needs to know something as she adds this to her routine.
As I said, I’m a beginner. There are things that I gleaned and it is a good motivational and starter book. It was worth the investment.
