This book was phenominal in its practical usefulness. It you or someone you know has not learned how to say no either to self or others, it is very likely that they live a life in chaos. The text addresses the reasons as well as the methods to learn to say no to gain control over ones life. It gives practical guidance on how to say yes.
It’s a win-win proposition for you and those around you. The practical concerns such as an emotional support network and what to expect.
This is recommended reading for all.
